IT'S A PIRATE'S LIFE FOR ME!
We have had two adventure filled weeks in the dolphin's group as we have experienced pirate life!
The children took their pirate maps they had created outside to help locate treasure...
Ask your child, what is a map and what do we use them for?
Each child had a spoon and container to dig up treasure. X marked the spot..
|Well it's finally here.
The Robins Graduation Night.
Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters and friends
who made this night such a wonderful memory.
Can it really already be time for our last blog of the school year? Wow! This week the Robins spent most of their time getting ready for family night and enjoying the sunny weather. Here are some of the highlights from this week....
As the school year comes to a close, playing games is a great way to relax and spend time with friends and it also shows how far the Robins have come in skills like counting, thinking strategically, taking turns, and staying with one task for a period of time.
Hello again! This week in the Robins class was all about the letter "W" for world. Take a look!
This week the Robins made world art using green and blue crayon shavings and melting them using an iron. Using scissors and pencil sharpeners to shave the crayons was a great fine motor activity. Unfortunately, the steam from the iron set off the smoke detectors, turning our art project into an impromptu fire drill, but the end results were still beautiful.
This week in the Robins was all about the letter "V" for volcano....take a look!
